I love deer - having raised and worked with a variety of species, large and small. My little Whitetail Deer fawn here is caught in the act of enjoying a green snack! Her large "Doe Eyes" look surprised. Against a black background, the colors (her reddish-brown and white fur as well as the green leaves) really pop out beautifully.

The painting has a protective varnish and the edges are finished in white. It is ready to hang, unframed.
